Dog Friendly Beach Trip – The Do’s and Don’ts

Phew! Today is the first day in what feels like forever that the temperature at our place hasn’t soared well above 40 degrees celsius, and let me tell you it’s pure bliss.

Today is also my first day back from a weekend getaway to Nelson Bay in the gorgeous Port Stephens area of NSW. The area is known for stunning beaches, dolphin/whale watching, fishing and water activities, but what I didn’t know was just how dog friendly it is. We discovered several dog beaches and off-leash areas and came across people everywhere that were out and about with their pups, especially on the beach. Read more…
